With a forward-looking vision, we integrate eco-friendly, cost-efficient, and cutting-edge technologies with advanced semiconductor processes—including CoWoS, 2.5D and 3D packaging, 12-inch fabs, and large silicon wafer applications.
To strengthen our capabilities and better serve global customers, we have established a state-of-the-art laboratory and manufacturing center in Malaysia. Leveraging the service capabilities of our team and the supply chain advantages of our Malaysia facility, we efficiently and flexibly manufacture high-performance, high-reliability semiconductor cleaning equipment. This allows us to provide more responsive and convenient services to key markets across Asia-Pacific, North America, and Europe. Our logo takes inspiration from the letters “ECO”, the heart of our name ECOsphere. The letter E is further evolved into a graphic form inspired by integrated circuits, while the use of negative space highlights the unique characteristics of the brand. The circular form reflects the sphere, representing wholeness, harmony, and sustainability. It embodies our vision of creating solutions that are complete and future-focused.
